Since the early 1900’s Alberta ranch hands have roamed the range and worked cattle – a century later very little has changed …. the only difference is that now we’ve set a place at the table for you. Sierra West … a place where you come as guests and leave feeling like family! Your hosts of Sierra West Cabins & Ranch Vacations are Randy & Ginny Donahue. Both have been born in southwestern Alberta and raised with the ranching way of life. Out Fly Fishing outfitters uses Sierra West cabins as an accommodation option for any of our multi day trips down south fishing the Oldman and Crowsnest River systems and drainages.Log cabins are set on the banks of Todd Creek where fishing is at its best. The cabins are self-catering and have all the amenities. Everything from stove, fridge, microwave, water coolers, pots & pans, dishes, TV, VCR and/or DVD and all have a shower, toilet and sink.Feel free to contact Sierra West for any of your vacations or stays down in Southern Alberta. Stepping Stones Cabins Bed and Breakfast

We are a peaceful getaway, nestled in the panoramic vista of Beaver Mines, Alberta. Located just 40 minutes from Waterton Lakes National Park and 20 minutes from Castle Mountain Ski Resort. Enjoy stunning wilderness, fascinating tourist attractions and some of the best skiing, fishing and hiking in Western Canada.

At Stepping Stone Cabins they provide full breakfasts that are hearty, healthy and home-cooked. They serve Peace Coffee, it’s fair trade, organic and shade-grown. As well, we use farm fresh free range eggs and eco-friendly cleaning products. We are walking distance to the general store (ice cream, deli etc.) and a playground. Come to kick back, relax, and watch wildlife in the yard… enjoy a BBQ on the deck… or soak up some heat in the outdoor hot tub. Your hosts look forward to meeting you!
